Shipping & Delivery

Every painting is an original, so every shipment gets personal attention. Your artwork is wrapped in acid-free glassine, corner-protected, sealed against moisture, cushioned, and boxed in a rigid art shipping container; fully insured and shipped stretched, ready to hang the day it arrives.

Small works (up to 20×20 in): $50 — arrives in 5–8 business days

Medium works (up to 30×40 in): $110 — arrives in 5–8 business days

Large works (36×48 in and up): $250 — crated and shipped via specialty carrier; allow 2–3 weeks

Local pickup (Suwanee, GA 30024, metro Atlanta): free — we will arrange a convenient pickup time with you after purchase

Please allow 5–7 business days for careful packing before shipment. You will receive tracking as soon as your piece is on its way. Currently shipping within the United States; for international inquiries, please contact greta@gretajambor.com.

Returns

I want you to love living with your painting. If a piece is not right in your space, contact me within 7 days of delivery and you may return it in its original packaging for a refund of the purchase price (return shipping at buyer’s cost). Damaged in transit? Photograph the box and artwork within 48 hours of delivery and contact me for a refund or repair, no return needed until we have talked. Commissioned works are made just for you and are not returnable, though I will always work with you to make them right.
